I always prefer the offset training to give symmetry to your body. This exercise the "offset overhead press" is very beneficial for your shoulder symmetry. If you are looking for a method that not only works on primary muscle for a particular movement but also crushes the core look no further than offset training. It forces the weaker side to catch up to the stronger side particularly when it comes to neural drive, muscle activation, motor control, intramuscular tension and unit synchronisation.
