Negative Accentuated Rope Press Down

You can try variations of tricep press down, first, with a rope or second , with a rigid metal attachment. The first one, that is, rope variation places more constant tension on the tricep by isolating them while, the later, allows is greater overload. Both of the variation have the unique hypertrophy stimulus and we can also combine both the methods to take advantage of each stimuli.
